It was a seemingly normal day for Natalie when she was heading home for work, only to find Alex—who lived in another city at the time—in her apartment with a dazzling ring. Talk about a surprise for the ages!
As they embarked on the wedding planning journey, they knew one thing: their favorite restaurant, Spice Kitchen, would cater their big day. And when visiting Spice Acres, their sustainable family farm tucked away in Cuyahoga Valley National Park, there was no doubt that it’d be the perfect backdrop for Natalie + Alex’s celebration.
Rustic details, lush blooms, a rockin’ band, and a lavish dessert display came together for a truly memorable day for the sweet couple and their guests. And let’s not forget the special cameo from Natalie + Alex’s fur baby!
Natalie + Alex’s tip for couples:
“Practice mindfulness (meditation or prayer) on the day of to try and stay present and not get lost in the moment.”
